2. How an order is formed
Submitting the order form is a request to reserve, not a contract. A binding order is formed only when:
- we confirm availability of the requested item and date by email, and
- payment is completed via PayPal (or another agreed method) and we record the payment.
Until both steps are complete we may, at our discretion, decline an order — for example if the recipient address is outside our delivery zone, the requested date is fully booked, or the requested floral materials are not available.
3. Pricing and currency
Prices are listed in Korean won (KRW), which is the binding amount. The USD figure shown next to each item is an approximate equivalent. The exact amount in USD is calculated by PayPal at checkout using PayPal's currency-conversion rate at that moment, and may differ by ±2–5%. Your card issuer may apply a further conversion to the amount that appears on your statement.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is available only within the city of Seoul. For destinations outside Seoul, please choose pickup at the atelier.
- Delivery time slots are best-effort within the window selected. Traffic, weather, or other delivery-partner factors may shift the slot by up to 60 minutes.
- Orders for delivery should be placed at least 2 days in advance. Same-day pickup is generally available subject to stock.
- It is the sender's responsibility to provide a correct address and a reachable recipient phone number.
5. Cancellation and refund — fresh flowers
Our refund schedule is calculated against the requested delivery / pickup time:

To request a cancellation, email bloom_green@naver.com with your order reference. Refunds are issued through the original payment route (PayPal). Bank or PayPal transfer fees, where charged to us, may be deducted.
6. Custom orders and bespoke amounts
The "Premium Bespoke" option lets you specify a KRW budget (₩300,000 minimum). Bespoke arrangements are confirmed only after a brief email exchange to align on style, palette, and materials. Once confirmed and paid, bespoke orders follow the same cancellation schedule as Section 5.
7. Substitutions
Floral materials are seasonal and supply varies day to day. We may substitute a similar flower of equal or greater value to deliver a piece that matches the spirit of the order. We will notify you of any significant substitution before delivery where reasonably possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, nor for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. weather, traffic disruption, courier failure, force majeure).
9. Intellectual property
All photography, copy, and design on this site are © Bloom & Green. Customer photos taken by us of completed arrangements may be used in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with an order will first be addressed by direct communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, it will be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes affecting an active order will be communicated to you by email.
