Tell us in the order form. We leave the arrangement with the front desk or concierge with a note asking for it to be placed in the room before check-in; whether it goes into the room is up to the hotel, but most are happy to help.
Delivery to any Seoul hotel is a flat ₩22,000 — about $18 USD; the exact USD amount is shown at checkout. Please order at least 1 day before the delivery date. We don't do same-day delivery for overseas orders.
We email you a photo of the finished arrangement and tell you who received it — usually the front desk or concierge — within 2 hours of delivery.
