The USD figure shown at checkout is the exact amount charged, and it already covers international payment processing — nothing is added at the payment screen. If your card isn't issued in USD, your own bank applies its conversion.

Your flowers are arranged by hand in our Yongsan atelier on the day, and delivered anywhere in Seoul — home, office, or collected at the atelier.
You get proof
(within 2 hours of delivery)
We email you a photo of the finished arrangement and tell you who received it — within 2 hours of delivery. You'll know it arrived, even from the other side of the world.

Lead time · Please order at least 2 days ahead for delivery. Same-day pickup at the atelier is generally available, subject to stock.

Where we deliver
We deliver within Seoul as a rule — homes, offices, and hotels — or the recipient can collect the arrangement at our atelier in Yongsan. Outside Seoul, delivery may not be possible at all, and where it is, the fee can be two to three times higher. Please email us at order@bloomandgreen.co.kr before ordering so we can check.

Questions from abroad
Can I send flowers to Seoul from overseas?
Yes. Most of our international orders come from people living outside Korea who want to send flowers to someone in Seoul. You order and pay on this site in USD, and we handle everything in Seoul.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No — a PayPal account is not required. Checkout is processed by PayPal, but you can pay as a guest with any international Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or JCB credit or debit card. Just choose the card option on the payment screen.
How do I know the flowers actually arrived?
We email you a photo of the finished arrangement and tell you who received it, within 2 hours of delivery.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
Close in size and mood, not identical stem for stem. We arrange with the freshest flowers in the atelier, so the exact blooms change with the season and market availability. Tell us the colours you have in mind and we build around them.
Can you deliver to an office or a hotel?
Yes — homes, offices, and hotels within Seoul. If you don't know the recipient's address, they can collect the arrangement at our atelier instead. Outside Seoul, delivery may not be possible and the fee can be two to three times higher, so please email us at order@bloomandgreen.co.kr before ordering.
What if nobody is there to receive it?
If we have a contact number we call ahead, and if we can't reach them we contact you to agree what to do next — the delivery window may shift as a result. Without a contact number, the arrangement is left at the door of the delivery address.
Can you write a card in Korean?
Yes. Write your message in the order form in any language and we will print it on a card — in Korean if you ask.
